Useful functions for keeping track of controls.
Very often, you only want things to happen when you first push a button, tap a button for a split second, or if they hold a button down This will help you keep track of those events without making your own pressed or released booleans.
This also allows you to assess the degrees per frame at which you are rotating a joystick.
The demonstration is for the left stick and the A button.
