@toxibunny I have uni stuff to be doing lol. I use Fuze to procrastinate. It's pretty addictive in a way I guess.

This is excellent and seems to work perfectly for long periods. It also works great tilting the switch with the joycons docked. I didn’t think it was possible, but here it is. !

@vinicity that's to trigger the sound it's like a switch but your right as it's only playing one sound in that call and not a series , I do the same with changing animations for other sprite's when I can't be bothered with a animations state machine else it would hang on the first tile. Nice one I can shorten my code for this instance 👍

Sounds like a great update!

Error detection is now done for the VM. It's not fleshed out but it will point to the line of code which has the error. Thus the VM will inform you and will not run your code until the error is dealt with.

It seems like fuze is maturing. I was having a look through my downloaded stuff the other day and there’s allsorts of stuff to mess about with. Your file system, 3d collision/physics helper functions, a high score table, not to mention all the game jam stuff. Now the old demos are coming back. Good times!

Text editor is now updated along with the Hack VM. VM can now take 1428 lines of code. So a much better chance of getting a game made now.

Version 1.3.0 is now live! Made a few little additions, but the main new feature is a scoring system.

the player constantly gains points when jumping on higher platforms. In addition to that, staying undamaged in a wave of rocks provides a major bonus. In order to make the score system feel challenging, it is also possible to lose points by touching a rock you can now use the left stick to control the game, as well as in the menu small changes to the UI

I have shared the update with increasing difficulty and took out my debug(yeah rookie move) and added my own crt scan line filter... the music is working fine on my end now so might be good now. the program is now pending
