Easy way to easily add extra sfx sound to fuze
-
Hey,
I had a tought, there exist a program bfxr where you can easily create SFX sounds with and the great thing is they have presets for certain sounds to generate by clicking a few buttons or on random sound until you get a cool sound. Whats great about this program is that the generate sounds can be saved in a library and easily shared as it's just a small text file with parameters for the program. If @Dave would download the same (free) program and we create each our own library of sound effects which we think sounds cool and could be used in fuze, he could easily import the library of sounds in his version of the program and choose some of them to be used in fuze. With just a few clicks all sounds can be exported to wav files and the great thing about this tool is that the generated sounds are free to use even in commercial projects. Maybe we can all start by downloading the Stand Alone Version and create our little library of sounds and share it here somehow where dave could easily download the library and export to be used in fuze afterwards. It's only an idea and i'm not sure if @dave would actually use them in fuze but it seems to me this is an easy and free way to add extra SFX sounds to fuze.
I'll start with my own library available to download here
Just download the standalone version of the program and then click Load from disk -> Load all and choose the downloaded file on the left side in the list you'll see and can hear the sounds i already made and with the export to wav function dave can easily export these to real wav sounds to be used in fuze.
For example i also export some wav files from my library of sounds generated by the tool available for download here https://mega.nz/folder/F4JA3Bqa#PJeQly9O0w7q4nExy4c4qA (if you are previewing the sound on mega itself be sure to replay the audio as on initial load i have noticed it plays the audio sometimes double and thats not how it really sounds but if you press "play" button again you hear how it really sounds)
