@AcornBBC they are creatures in my games world that originate from the world crystals (huge crystals found all around my games world) thats why crystals are apart of there body as in its there heart & if it breaks they die (which is hard to due) some have crystals that make up there horns, tusks, back spikes, on there chest & what not, the crystals on there bodys can also be used in powerful attacks called crystal overloads were they unlease a powerful attack from the crystals on there body (like Z crystals from pokemon S&M)
