Wanna add, as you obviously really like the theme of "city", don't undererstimate your own power to make your own game in a similar style! You might want to start with something smaller though(I always recommend following and modifying the FUZE game tutorial as your first own project). However, from a grid-based platformer it is not even that big of a stretch to a grid-based city builder.
The point I'm trying to make is, I'd love to see you using this experience as a starting point for your own game creations! -
Whoops! I completely missed it. Tiger, I know you were wanting some sort of city building game. I have something you might enjoy but it needs a few tweaks. For some reason I thought I had infinite time for this. Obviously that’s not true though, why would I even think that?

@tigerboy3050 sorry about the disappointment... but I'll definitely make you that game! it's just so new what I'm doing and I wanna give you as good as I can make it... besides I've always wanted to make a city building game :). It's been an experience and I enjoyed creating this little project so I'll definitely finish it! look out my download code in this thread!

@toxibunny @JMM161437 That's great! I also have a Tiger Game Jam 2 planned 😏! But yeah i'd love to see these games. Also like i already said feel free to post any new games, tools, simulators etc. on this thread (as long as they're somewhat related to the theme.)

@tigerboy3050 I do have a small game I'm kinda working on that has a small village on an island you can shop at and stuff... still need to fix a few bugs but it's playable if you want that code

ok the ID is ND7E9DNDSL... now you have to search for the island and saving is very buggy right now... you can save while on a few islands but some will put you elsewhere when continuing
