Plans for first-class functions?

Hello, I am just curious if there are any plans to treat functions as first class?

It would be very useful to pass functions as arguments to other functions, store functions in a variable or struct, and be able to return functions from a function.

I am guessing that this is too foundational of a change for Fuze4 to probably even plan as an update though.

Is there a place that the Fuze team posts probable updates and changes for the future? It would be interesting to see what the Fuze team sees as priority regarding updates and improvements.
