Is the game available yet ?

I received my code yesterday, but it didn't work and I thought they said in the email that it'll work only from the 30th of August. But I see there is some people who talk about the downloading etc... so is the game available and it's me who has a problem, or will the game be available from the 30th August ? I'm french and my english is pretty terrible sometimes, that's why I don't know how to understand the email.

So I got the code yesterday, I could download the game yesterday and I did'nt do anything ?! I'm so sad :'(. And thanks for the proposition for your help, I contacted you because there is something strange
