      A few years ago I got the blessing from the original author of icicle works (Doug Turner) to do a DX version of the 1985 snow themed game called Icicle works

      About an hour in so far, progress is looking nice.

      Just noticed an issue with the way rocks and presents fall when there is a gap to the right, so I'll go fix that right up

          Bit more progress

          Got the logic done for pretty much everything.

          Added a water flood, collecting presents, moving penguins and polar bears, fixed the right-drop, added another maze level

              It did!

              I need to find out the old emails between myself and Doug. We were trying to do something for the 30th anniversary of it but I just didn't have the resources to make it happen :(

                      Over the past couple of days I've added the music and the attract/title screen.

                      There's still a lot to do but it is really starting to come together now
