Ellipse function

I wanted to draw rotated ellipses, so wrote this to do so.

It's shared on there, code is well commented.
I was going to post the code here, but discovered my SD card reader won't read the 400GB card I use in my Switch and I'm not going to risk typos, so that can wait until I have a new card reader.

Would be nice to have a better way to transfer to/from the Switch. Maybe access to shared projects from a website, if that doesn't break Nintendo's rules.
