Its really hard to get the right words to comment this (and also the other submissions I have seen so far for the compo), so I choose one aspect of the game, where I think hundreds of hours have been spent and pure art has come out: Arcade Style -> is brilliant 🤩

I did gush about this on the discord, but I’ll just reiterate some of it here:
This is an absolute masterpiece of a game. From the brilliant arcade intro, to the hectic game-play, to the name input screen; everything is so polished and slick!
It’s old-school magic, for sure. My daughter asked me to relate that she thought it was brilliant, too!

I finally got around to it, and it's fantastic. You certainly don't do things by halves, and the effort really shows! I've only reached level 5 so far, but I want to clear them all, if only so I can see all the retro art... Also, I hope the arcade setup motif will be repeated in future games - a lovely touch!
