The challenge will be to play through a round of Retro Carousel and get the highest score possible.
The time frame for posting high scores starts now and ends Sunday, May 16, at 9pm CET.

Hey thanks for choosing my game, it will be interesting to see the scores. Also you can be a on a great streak but mess up in one of the later games.
I had a go myself. Did not play too well died a lot in a few games.

Don't forget in the breakout game you can keep A pressed to speed up the paddle and in the tetris games you can press B to drop blocks faster

9979 is my best so far!

It seems my previous playthrough was actually quite a good score, i had troubles improving my own score but i managed to get 12933 and do it and even while recording.
Here are some extra tips...
General:
- Try to clear stages if they are clearable it will give extra score boosts
- Dying gives score penalties (score will be reduced) try to not die
Invaders:
- each enemy type produce different scores, the top ones giving bigger scores
- hide behind the asteroids
Breakout:
- Use A To speed up your paddle
- try following the ball with your paddle
- the ball speed increases with each hit, try to keep a fast ball for as long as possible perhaps try to get on top using the sides. If you lose a fast ball it will take some time for the ball to speed up again and you'll hit less blocks
- hitting the ball with the sides of the paddle returns the ball in the same direction it came from with a random angle. However hit it too low on the paddle and the ball bounces of your paddle into the abys
Toady:
- Collect the fruit Lemons, oranges and the cherry's give extra score. The cherries gives highest scores
- don't hit the sides or you die as well
Bubble buster:
- try to clear as many rounds as you can, big scores you can get in this game then. however being touched by a bubble gives big score penatly as well
- try to hit mulitple (split up balls) in same "'ball bounce" (check my video to see what i mean
- if you get hit by a bubbles you temporary can not shoot .. losing time to hit extra bubbles
Snakey:
- It is absolutly vital you do not die in this game, the bigger your snake is the bigger score you get for eating a food. If you die you most probably can not reach same length again and never attain highest scores
Tetris:
- Use B to drop blocks faster
Block Stacker:
- Bars that have become bigger give more points but they also require more bullets to shoot to push them back
- It's possible to hit 2 bars at the same time but it's hard to position yourself like this but if you attain it don't forget to hit the other side as well it's easy 4 blocks for cost of half the bullets you'd normally need (if all blocks are equal length)
- When there are 5 bars or less on the screen, bars increase less frequent so you can easier finish the stages
Faster Dave:
- When you are on ladders enemies can not hurt you except the top enemy
- Collect the one extra orb which is not really needed to finish the stage it'll give some extra points
- points increase per ball collected until you finish the current level
- you jump over enemies standing still but its easier when you do it when moving
- orbs can be grabbed while climbing ladders.

Very polished collection @joyrider3774, I really like the animation when you hit a brick in Breakout. My current high score is 10979.

Today I was able to get a total rounds score of 11464 :)

I have slightly increased my score to 11377.

Fun collection of games for sure, managed to get 11477 on the first go around. Would've been nice if block stacker showed the next piece and used a double bag, but the other games are spot on.
