In the original one, you can juste fire one missile at once

Not true

If you press reset whilst powered on the VCS, you get double missiles :)

I will try this weekend on my Atari.

Added some sounds and some other cosmetics. The sound isn't great but it will improve as I tweak the parameters

Added some of the game variants - Moving Bases, ZigZag bombs, fast bombs and invisible invaders!

Love it! Space Invaders was one of my fave 2600 games. I got it for Xmas 1978 along with combat but as an only child, you can imagine which game got played the most!
If you plan on doing more 2600 games, here's a list of my favourites ;)
Superman, Adventure, Missile Command, Berzerk, Laser Blast, Dig Dug, Burgertime. Just don't do Custers Revenge. lol!
