                @petermeisenstein Anything that can be used to enclose something can be called a bracket "<" and ">" are often used to enclose tags as in HTML/XML. They specifically are also known as chevrons or angle brackets

                        In germany "" they are called Anführungszeichen

                        Or you can say Gänsefüschen what would be translated Duckfoots

                                        Speaking of cultural differences, I was asked to help with some junior school maths homework here once and I was like ‘okay, easy’ and then the questions were all like ’1,5 • 1,5 = ?’ And I was like ’what the heck even is this???’. Sad day.
