      Judging by the number of "vintage" programmers on the forums, I wondered if the following might be of interest.

      BBC Computer Literacy Project 1980-1989

      I remember watching The Computer Programme and Micro Live back in the day but there were many other series dedicated to computing in general and their evolving use in home, small office and industry in general.

      These days, computing and hardware innovation is treated with a very "Meh!" attitude whereas back in the day, everything seemed like a brand new adventure.

          Thanks a lot for the link. I was living in the UK in the 80s but could not afford to buy a BBC micro. Like you, i wasn't aware of most of the series, I remember watching The Computer Programme and Making the Most of the Micro.
