FUZE GAME JAM #3: 29th - 31st May

@LinkCraft Well done on your game. It looks and controls really good. I am amazed by the pixel art too, it must have been really fiddly and required some patience to do using the thumbstick.

Congrats everyone, some really superb games there and in under two days, amazing!
It was a blast. The code I did is really rough (e.g wonky collisions) as I rushed to get it done.
Apologies for the checker floor pattern messing with your eyes - I will have to do eye testing next time!
-
Can we do this every last weekend of each month?

This is a great idea.

Well I was there, under my guise of Geoff Pastie which I can't seem to change - some incredible things done and in such a short space of time! Immunize and Social Distance Simulator were my favourites. I very much hope I can contribute something to the next one.
-
I hope i will be soon competent enough to particpate to those game jam. Seems really fun.
-
@Fifine I'm sure you're probably much closer to that than you think!
-
@LinkCraft Interesting idea. Some regularity and consistency to this would be great and I like that suggestion.

ViRACE has been updated to fix a crash bug. The new version is live so please re-download it if yours doesn't have "v1.1" on the title screen and in the code comments.
-
I did enjoy playing ViRACE, I will definitely download that update :)
One fun thing about the crash was though, when it crashed, the sound played where a woman says "That's terrible!" :P
But it crashed when I got the high score, so I recommend getting the update :)

@PB____ i now understand this quite brilliant !!
-
@waldron Can't edit that post but it was in reference to (john conway's Game of Life)
-
@waldron In case you're complimenting the implementation, then: thank you 😊
But of course, as the game title suggests, the credits for the idea go to the mathematician John Conway (1937 - 2020).
