Stream Evening Events

Sounds like it could be good fun, go for it!
-
how would you structure the stream?
: fresh program with basic tutorials
:looking at already completed projects
: overview of what is possible
how will you gain an audience ect -
@waldron interesting questions and right what I need to sort out.
I'm off to work today but will look from time to time
-
@Mechanical personally Fuze could do with more video tutorials its all well and good to show it off so we get new users but people new to coding might want to pick it up more if theres more video support, on a couple of occasions i nearly gave up but the dev's help community plus videos gave me the tools to keep me going. i think streaming tutorials would gain a good audience also.
-
I think it's a good idea! (Edit: I don't know the name of your Twitch)
-
It's beMechanical on twitch
But I don't have any mention worthy content there yet. And I don't know if I need to filter some things out because of harder language. So I refrain from referencing yet. Channel is under construction

Okay everybody, I have finished the setup for my stream. I have a Stream Plan done and I would like to have a Co Moderator with me online to talk with. We could do that via Discord. I could do it alone but having a person to talk to is way better
The stream Plan,
First I will show off what FUZE can do and what's possible. For that I would like to use the community shared programs.
After showing off it is about showing off the Community, showing that there is an actually active base of coders who love and like to share their thoughts.
After showcasing the community we will let the community decide on a project we can work on together.
Keep in mind that I myself am a beginner and the core aspect of the stream is coding together and learning while sharing thoughts.
I have more questions,
I need to know
Time zone that's the most common on this board,
For broadcasting purposes
Who might be interested in CO moderating? Are there things I need to consider with the Fuze team themselves? Like image wise and moderating of the twitch chat. Are there any preferable wishes?
-
+1 for more recorded kid friendly content.
I think it would be really neat to partner with one of the more experienced Fuzers and do a step-by-step walk-through of coding a "beginner" level version of their game. With emphasis on easier to understand patterns that build on each other.
I think that would be a huge compliment to the already fantastic tutorials on the site,
My two cents.

I have decided, today this evening I will do the Preparation stream of the main thing. I will just stream what I do and

Time check for this post
Posted 19:54
Stream will be 1 hour later at 21:00
I don't know about time zones, this should be MESZ
-
I think that is 20:00 BST (UK Time). Sorry I won't be able to make it
-
Me either because I’m at work. I wish you a fun, productive time though :)
-
@Mechanical sorry my dad called half way through
-
I tried to watch but all I got over and over was 'network error' which is probably my terrible net and not a problem at your end. Sorry about that
-
Did it happen?
-
Thanks for tuning in yesterday, I was able to sort some things out. I will continue with that from time to timw
-
@SteveZX81 definitely not on my end, the stream was online
-
Sorry for bumping, but I want to announce another stream today at 12 MESZ.
Gonna code something and you're all welcome to join me. -
I had a look. What sort of sprite battle game are you doing?
-
@Mechanical - don't mean to put a downer on this but today might not be a good idea as there is already a FUZE Game Jam running until tonight. I suspect you won't get as much focus as you would on another day. Worth keeping these things in mind.
-
@toxibunny the idea was a game in the style of Megaman Battle Network.
The characters use a 3x3 grid to move on
