Is it possible to have a music tracker?
-
Hi, I have just purchased FUZE for Switch and I'm interested in trying to make my own game. I wanted to start with making some music tracks but it seems to be too difficult to do this using the inbuilt commands. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to add a music tracker like Protracker or even something simple like SID-wizard to the tools section to make this easier?

Maybe the community could make their own tracker 🤔 (if it's possible to copy-paste text from a running program)
Edit: I don't think it's possible. Exporting a track would be impossible... Maybe saving the tracks to a save file and building an app on top of that might be possible, but I have some doubts... 😢

By the way devs, there's a really weird flickering happening on the setEnvelope help page.

Yes, you would have to have the tracker and player code in a separate project, then copy that code to your game, compose the music and save it to the local storage, and finally remove the tracker code.
Sounds like it should be doable.

But, I also know that the Fuze dev team have plans for adding a music composition tool to Fuze. Not sure when, though.
Oh, and welcome to the Fuze community, @El_Pablo! It will be exciting to see what you will do in Fuze!
