Fuze Player Release Issues

As far as I know, the player has released in some regions (like UK or North America), but hasn't in others. From my personal experience, there's no trace of the Fuze Player in the German eshop. Was just wondering if the release is deliberately split up like that, or if it's just a server issue? Just to clarify, I'm not being impatient here, I just think it's worth pointing out some issues that there might be.

Ok, apparently there's issues with the rating in some countries. A shame, but not a big problem, so everything's fine
