How do I make an RPG

Hey, I want to make an RPG game but I don't know where to start. Can anyone help me? I'm still learning how to code but I just really need to know where to start. And I don't know how to make the game remember how much progress you have made.

Are you looking for a demo program or instructions? Regardless, you could watch the sprite tutorials by FuzeArena on YouTube. They show you how to make a top down perspective character and many other useful things.
Depending on how new you are to coding, you should start small. A character that moves and collects coins could be a huge start to making a rpg. -

It is rather advanced, but then an RPG is a rather advanced type of game to make. As a general advice, I would say "keep it simple". Do something small and working, and then slowly expand from there.
