Issue With Shares - Updated 30/10

The issues we have been experiencing with shares are still ongoing, however we are making good progress towards a permanent solution. As part of this work we have made some upgrades that will have made it look like all of your shares are now gone when your friends go into your icon in the application.
I can assure you that all the content is still there but we require you to re-share your programs please. This will re-confirm your ID with the server and the shares will then be visible once more. I apologise for the inconvenience of this and indeed for the temporamental nature of the shares lately. We are doing everything within our power to ensure that this is a one-time process, but we are not entirely out of the woods just yet.
Until this is fully resolved the whole sharing experience may be slower than it was at first. This is due to our monitoring of the situation and will speed back up again when we are confident we have the situation fixed.
Unfortunately I am not able to go into technical detail on how the sharing process works.

Update: 30/10
Despite shares working fine for most users, it was apparent that for a number of users (me included), the friends section would not work at all and worse, it would cause Fuze to become unresponsive in some cases. We have done some further investigation and the good news is we have identified the cause.
We have been able to restore full functionality but for the moment, your shares will not show up unless they are re-shared (again!) As ever, apologies for the inconvenience of this.
We are continuing work on getting this fully resolved and are now confident we will have everything back up and running properly very soon. We are also hoping to have some news to share on the subject of shares in the near future.
