Can I use a copyrighted name

Can I use a copyrighted name for one of my programs and share it or will I not be able to share it?
-
It won't get approved. Name it something thats enough to get around copyright laws, and don't use any coprighted characters, art, etc. and you should be good

depends i guess dig into the wiki pages of said game, for example prince of persia is an old game and you can literary play the dos version on a web browser for free.e.g docs from the web "(For those who'd like to dig into the source code itself, I've posted an explanatory technical document at jordanmechner.com/downloads/popsource which should help. This is a package I put together in October 1989 for the benefit of the teams that were undertaking the ports of POP to various platforms such as PC, Amiga, Sega, Genesis, etc)"
-

-
Legal smeagle I was about 17 when I first played it on a green screen

@xevdev theres quite the community online porting it all over, such a well made game just want to pay my homage and be able to play it on the switch plus the chance of adding in features or items, iv already decided to use Arabian nights from Aladdin as the title theme music as I prefer it to the original music still in keeping with the theme and because I can haha
