Claw Combine - Game Jam 11 Entry

I've no idea how you did the awesome physics and I've not looked at the code as I know it'll blow my mind but what a superb game.
and it's your first gamejam game? well.. you utterly nailed it!My favourite part? The animation on the claw when it opens, the little 'bounce back' like it's on a spring is just wonderful.
-
Great game! It looks stunning and plays really well! Really love it!
-
Am I right in thinking then when you get a red circle that is basically game over?
-
@pianofire Yep, but it also gives you a bunch of points. The best strategy is to get as many points as you can before creating the red circle. But, if you wait too long, you might game over prematurely.
-
Oh dear, I am just at the start of all the fun. I thought game programming gets easier, but with that inspiring game (from a 3x24h game jam!!! &#£@*!) - I see again that there are no limits where we could go. I like it a lot.
-
I had much fun playing this, won't be the last time I played this :-)
-
It is absolutely hypnotic to watch...
-
I am speechless!
-
You should submit this to the Showcase Gallery!
-
@vinicity Absolutely! I planned to from the beginning. I'm finishing up a final update and I'll message someone after it's done.
-
-
Lol, great work :)
-
@scrubz Super cool! How long did it take to make?
-
@vinicity About five hours. A lot of that time was spent learning what each "nodon" does and how to use it.
-
Wow look at 23secs in.. jeez!! rather you than me. haha
-
@scrubz That’s amazing! If I wasn’t so hopelessly addicted to Fuze, I’d like to have a go myself. Is there a system in place to see how many download it? Assuming you’ve “published” it?
-
@andyg1985 I haven't published it. I'm not even sure that I can since I don't have Nintendo Online. Might be a worthwhile purchase, though.

Nope, you can't share or download games without Nintendo Online. Way to go Nintendo, thankfully Fuze doesn't need that nonsense.
-
@stevezx81 Then again, Nintendo's share system is much bigger and more expensive to maintain than Fuze's. I think asking for $20 a year is very reasonable.
