Hi there,
Firstly please understand we are a very small independent developer and as such we do not operate many of the more 'professional' level processes.
However we use a well known developer platform for our code management which includes multi platform development, patches and updates.
Organise!!! haha - erm... generally on whiteboards and shared documents.
We are very agile - too much so at times as occasionally it is better to be super strict and not let a more interesting feature or fix get in the way of something else.
This is our first release and we've finished our first patch. In a year from now we will hopefully have many different versions of FUZE all being constantly maintained and updated. Ask us again about sprints then!Cheers for asking
