Korg gadget

I'm not really clear how we would be able to do that. I can see that Korg Gadget has export via QR code but that seems to be it. Not that I own it, so maybe there are other methods to get stuff out of KG ?
-
i can get any format mp3 ect of my songs from the korg i just record them into my computer via a program and phono lead, its just getting that file onto the switch is the issue or wanted option
-
We've reached out to Korg because we had the exact same thought. We didn't hear back from them, but hopefully as Fuze gains some traction we can give this another go.
Personally I think Korg gadget is a phenomenal app and you're right - it would go hand it hand with Fuze beautifully.
-
Hopefully something might come out of Korg. @waldron copying random files from PC to Switch (which is what it basically amounts to) will never happen within the current restrictions we have to work with.
-
@Dave korg gadget is amazing, we lost our drummer to our band so i basically use it as a drum synth machine, perfect for gigs hasn't let us down yet ;)
-
@Martin understandably fingers crossed for korg to answer
-
Just sent this to the uk korg gadget software department maybe a waste of time but worth a try.
Hi iv been enjoying your korg gadget for the Nintendo Switch! It's great for many reasons but I would like to copy over my song data to another Nintendo Switch platform/game (fuze) which allows you to code programs and games, with the korg having the kit to produce gaming music genres with the synthesizers these would go hand in hand its definitely something I'd pay extra for if I had the option. Cheers Andy.W

Hello,
Thank you for the feedback!
I'll share your idea with the dev team.Best regards,
KORG app teamGot a reply at least...
-
Fingers crossed.
-
Hay Waldron - well done!
I have emailed them twice and had no reply. Please do me a favour and pass my email onto your contact as we really would love to find a way to incorporate some kind of player in F4NS. My email is jon.silvera@fuze.co.uk.
-
@Jonboy will do, is it worth sharing the email I used for other people to contact ? Thinking if they get an influx of requests it will peak there interest.
-
Not sure, gentle is usually the best approach. If they have my email, and he does does as he said and discusses it internally, then we're good. Saying that, If you do have name and email then I could also fire a shot.
-
"I'll share your idea with the team" is usually just code for /dev/null in my experience. If you have contact details that can be passed to Jon then that is a far better option, at least it can be followed up.

That's very nice - i think we need our own FUZE Loops app though. I've got nowhere trying to contact them. We have added it to our to-do list!
-
@Jonboy fuze loop app would be great or some drum tracks
-
@waldron Nice tune, thank you for sharing. I learnt about the korg gadget from you last year, did some research and knew I have to try that. Its a powerful tool and fun. The multiuser mode needs some band-leader-skills if you use it with your kids 😄
-
maybe a modtracker style, basic tool would be a start?
