wanting to purchase fuze for nintendo switch, but there is no option in the switch store to actually buy
-
@Martin I showed the website earlier today to the Company IT programmer. He was so impressed that he planned to buy a switch over the week to be able to get Fuze!
-
That's dedication!!!
@ahallett I'm not sure if that's anything that we can do anything about at our end - sadly we have no control over the Nintendo eShop process
-
@ahallett said in wanting to purchase fuze for nintendo switch, but there is no option in the switch store to actually buy:
So when I try to purchase the fuze, Nintendo eshop says that my transaction has been declined?? Does anyone know why?
Did you use credit card on the eShop? If so, I think you might need to temporarily unlock your credit card for internet purchases (at your bank) while doing the eShop purchase.

It is working in the US Nintendo store. I have had my copy for a couple of hours. Very nice interface and lots of info. A lot to learn. Next step: connect a keyboard.

To anyone that has purchased today - thank you very much for the support, it really is appreciated.
Anyone still having problems, it's evening here and I know it's been a hard day for the guys in the office but if anyone is still struggling feel free to try the contact email in the morning?
-
@Nisse5 yeah I tried to use my credit card but it didn't work. I have it installed now. It's all good. Love all the things that fuze offers
-
Glad you got it sorted!
-
Just bought it from the USA store. Being downloaded now!
-
Will this be available on the Mexican eShop? I assumed that us being part of the North American region would get is as well, but it doesn't seem to be available...
-
@Wolfenpilot687 I believe its initially being released just in English speaking countries & that they hope to translate in future. I believe its possible to modify your account to work for another country so you can access that countries eshop - Google should be able to point you in the right direction.
-
@jbmb2000 I mean, they don't need a translation...many others have released games in our region only in English, and we buy them just fine! That's why I was surprised about the omission on the eShop. This is the first time I see a game not being available for us as well.
-
@Wolfenpilot687 do you have the option to change your eshop region to purchase? It's something Nintendo allow you do to (with some restrictions) but it may be the way to get it before the Mexican launch.
-
@MikeDX Yes, I suppose there's that, but I'd rather not fragment my game ownership over various accounts if I can avoid it. I suppose I'll just wait until then.
-
I see what you mean, but I think there is a way to change eshop on the same account rather than different ones. A french user (I forget who) could not redeem his code on the france eshop but changed to UK and it worked - and then changed back to his native one.
-
We have absolutely no idea as to why but it is currently not available in Mexico. I have asked Nintendo for some feedback.
-
I found it in the italian eshop so i think that you are good in eu countryes but outside can be problematic
