@petermeisenstein It has taken a few weeks. A lot of the work was re-keying lookup tables!

From the Internet. The full specification is about 200 Euros: https://www.iso.org/standard/62021.html so I didn't bother with that

There are still issues around byte encoding and longer messages. It doesn't help when the 2 references produce different results!
