Can’t share Fuze4 program between 2 Switches with 2 purchased Fuzed4 apps
-
Switch 1 with Switch Friend Code
Switch 2 with Switch Friend Code
Purchased Fuzed4 app 1
Purchased Fuzed4 app 2
User 1
User 2
Purchased Nintendo online family 1 Under User 1
Purchased Nintendo online family 2 Under User 2I have friend requests made between Switch 1 and 2 using the different friend codes.
I start purchased Fused4 app 1 on Switch 1 as user 1 and write a Program (and select X to share it). I can see User 2 under Friends in the Fuzed4 app 1.
If I start purchased Fused4 app 2 on Switch 2 as user 2, I can see User 1 under Friends in the Fuzed4 app 2 but my program From the first Switch 1 is not shown (even after pressing R to show my shared programs).
So what I have learned is that I can only see programs or shared programs on the same Switch as different Users 1 or 2.
I can’t see shared programs on different Switches. This doesn’t sound right.
Because the Switches are also used by my family, I may not always get to use Switch 1 but have to use Switch 2 (which my Fuzed4 program can’t be shared on).
How do I fix this problem?
I have spent a few hours with both Switches sending friend codes between the 2 Switches. I can share my program between User 1 and 2 on the same Switch but not to another Switch with either User 1 or 2 on Switch 2.

I’ve never used the friend share, but when you share a program, it gives you an alphanumeric download code to use. Find that on switch 1 and type it into switch 2. I can’t gove more specific instructions, sorry. Hope it works!

@tdg8934 I'm not too sure how it works having the same account(s) on multiple Switches but as long as User 1 and User 2 are friends you should be able to share programs between them on different Switches. Say you're signed in as User 2 on Switch 2, by going to "Friends" from the FUZE menu then pressing A on User 1 you should see a window containing User 1's programs.
To clarify @toxibunny 's post: to get a download code (allowing anyone to download the project whether or not they are friends, as long as they have the code) you would need to submit a program after sharing it by pressing A on the program in "My Shared Projects" and hitting Submit. However it wouldn't be available to download until it was approved by the team. It is certainly an option though.

Ah sorry. I thought the friend shares had download codes too. My bad!

I indirectly fixed the problem. My son in KY was able to get 7 Nintendo Switches at the regular $300 rate. Mine is being shipped to me on Monday. I’ll have my own Fuzed4 switch (3 total now in my family of 5) so I won’t have to share mine.

10 Switches? You single handedly have created a mini army of Fuzers!
Glad you're getting sorted @tdg8934

I just got my new Switch (grey controllers) from my son in the mail. Time to set it up with one of my 2 purchased copies of Fuze4. Not sharing my new Switch with my Animal Crossing family players! Lol
