Ring-con support
-
So far there's only one game that uses the ring-con, but if F4NS supports it, that number is bound to go up.
For the most part, the Ring-con is just an extension of the gyroscope on the right joycon, but it does have an extra "squeeze-pull" value range on the ring that I can see having some application.
Any thoughts?

We want the ring con ! For a cool game experience !

Don’t hold your breath! :P

It's an interesting idea but while it would be cool to support the Ring-con I don't think it would benefit many users. I imagine if there was a high enough demand for it we could look into it.

I would make an awesome sequel to Fuze Fit Adventure 2!
So, demand is high from me!

I figured as much. It would be cool for so many reasons and maybe it could develop a feedback loop where support makes the ring-con more widespread. I'm sure there're more important things in the pipes, but if it can be supported at some point, I'd appreciate it.
From what I can tell, there isn't much to it technologically, a flex sensor, though the joycon, outputs a value between -1 and 1 and additionally has a counter for a number of repetitions for when you're not playing the game and using it standalone. There's even an open source driver somewhere online with additional strap-con support.

I mean, I wasn't kidding about Fuze Fit Adventure 3... If we get Ring-con support I will make it.That's a promise.

Yea, just noticed 2 in the showcase. Definitely seems like a shoo-in. I'm also imagining racing games (MK8 can be played with it) or rail shooters (which arguably is what the base game is already), or some rudimentary VR-like experiences.
