Where does Fuze4 save your projects?
-
I FULLY get your point... I myself as I said before have a very hard time even thinking about clouds EXISTING and don't naturally consider the idea as useful.. mainly because I believe in physical media. I only have a few things downloaded on my Switch because I will be preferring cartridges over digital downloads.. but it's nice to have if I cannot find the cart in the store.. however I don't trust them NOT to edit my content when it's all digital.. ANYTHING on the cloud is ALWAYS OWNED BY THE CLOUD's OWNER.. if you put ANYTHING up in cyberspace for storage.. ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT and I assure you.. you WONT anymore.
The movies I have on Vudu are all already in my home and that's fine... but what happens when the movie's production company decides to DELETE scenes AFTER THE FACT and all you have access to is a digital copy? WELL THAT DIGITAL COPY GETS SILENTLY ERASED AND REPLACED BY THE NERFED UP ONE WITHOUT THAT CONTRAVERSIAL SCENE THAT 2 SNOWLFLAKES CRAPPED ALL OVER AND NOW EVERYONE HAS TO SUFFER WITHOUT IT??
NO SPANK YOU.I am with this guy above.... as far as digital vs physical is concerned.... and it's also the only thing that is now worrying me since I've already bought Fuze4.... I was not aware I could not access my work at all without the FUZE software and just to RUN it... not ever to TRULY save it ... so when the day DOES come and Nintendo has a new lover.. all of our data is GONE and we might as well have lost the ability to use the Fuze program if our programs are in a cloud... even if the data is on the memory card... without cloud service when Nintendo Live expires... how will you share ANYTHING to others? you wont be able to.. SO... why not FIX THIS NOW, Fuze4? Let us save our work to our memory cards fully intact with nothing left out.. even resources... and then provide a way to send the programs to our friends in our friend's list without having to share THROUGH the Fuze4 cloud?

Geez, Nintendo online isn't that bad a deal. They just added in Super Nintendo games.
-
@Hitomi WHEN? WHERE? Let me go see... do you MEAN that SNES titles ARE NOW IN FACT ON THE NINTENDO ONLINE LIST?
-
@Ancientspark - did you read my post above where I reply that when projects are shared they are stored on OUR servers?
-
@Ancientspark It was Friday night I think. It was in the eshop by Nintendo Online.
-
Yes I did read that ... and I consider that a form of a cloud.. they aren't stored in the Switch... By any means.. there are NO SNES TITLES in the NES Library.. it's still on last month's Gradius and Kong Fu stuff that got added... these titles are added immediately TO the NES library or are supposed to.... please tell me we don't have to download a separate software for SNES ....

I've had more cd-roms get scratched than have lost digital only games. And I'm not fondly remembering blowing into the cartridges when Zelda 2 doesn't want to start. So like all things it's a trade off. Nothing lasts forever. But for things you create yourself, always save a local copy and have a backup if you can. I think the cloud backup feature is backing up the save for FUZE so that means there's one local copy and one remote, that's the best that can be done right now.

It's not in the NES Library, it's another app on there

HITOMI... I read the NEWS every time the green light comes on... Ive searched the eShop and I've double-checked the NES ONLINE library... I do not see where they have added any SNES games to NES ONLINE... Ive heard they are GOING TO.. but that's all I've HEARD.... are you in a different REGION from me? Do I need to go look in another eShop?

I did a SEARCH for SNES and for Super Nintendo. what comes up are any games with SUPER in the title.. SNES should have brought up an app for it and it did not. I am in the US.. could that be the problem?
-
Also.. @Hitomi why would they not have announced it?

I'm locking this thread now as it has gone way off topic.
