UPDATE: Hi everyone - unfortunately over the last few days I've come down with a flu and I'm not in Gamejam Stream condition. The Livestream is postponed until Sunday 8th January for now. Sorry to those who pushed themselves to get their game submitted on time when we now have a bit extra. I think the right thing to do is to wait and rest until I actually feel properly better, then we can enjoy it fully.
Thanks for understanding.
Hi folks! With Christmas fast approaching, we have seen some interest for a similar event as last year, in which there was a Chrismas Challenge hosted by @vinicity and @SteveZX81 - similar to a Gamejam, but over a longer time period. I then livestreamed the games as we got closer to Christmas!
We've decided to do a similar event this year. Think of it like a very long Gamejam period, but with an optional Christmas theme!
The stream will be on 30th December at 19:00 GMT
Since there is plenty of time to get going on your ideas, we hope there are lots of submissions!
Just as with a Gamejam event, there are no winners - this is about celebrating the creativity of the community, as usual!
As always, the most important thing is this: It does not matter if your game is not finished - I am happy to play any game you are happy to submit, even if it's your very first game and it has a few bugs or it is just a simple idea.
Looking forward to seeing what comes out of this!
All the best everyone :)
