Render Effects

Hi all!
I've written a program that lets you cycle through FUZE's render effects and change the values in real-time. Hopefully it'll make a helpful starting point for finding the values you might want when using renderEffect() !

Gonna drop the code for the one we use, it's not as great, but it uses the sticks so changes are way faster and much more noticeable. It doesn't have the color adjust one and it's not as filled with UI elements, so it's best to keep track of where you are in the code and see what the sticks affect individually.
