Awesome! Good luck, everyone!

@Dave Its a long shot, but Is it ok If I submit my game spilt screen shooter deluxe for the game jam. I don't have my switch on me so Im unable to change the description. Here's the id code S5L43MNDHB.
The controllers vibrate depending on who shoots so I guess it fits the theme
-
Mine is submitted!

@monkeee I'd rather avoid this for this Jam and ones going forward, since it feels a bit unfair to those who worked in the time restrictions - but, I absolutely want to showcase your game and this question leads me to think I should make a dedicated FUZE Creation Showcase segment as a standalone short video series. Would you be okay with your game being featured in that sort of video?
-
Thats fair, ill do it legit next time. Yeah I'd love to be featured in a video :D

@Richard
I really like your game, but it feels a bit too easy at times. Maybe if the speed would increase slightly over time, it would be more of a challenge?I also feel like the distribution of pieces could improve a bit. I haven’t looked in the code so I’m not sure how you do it now, but perhaps something similar to the 7-bag randomiser used in most versions of Tetris?

@vinicity glad to hear you like it.
I agree it can be too easy I was going to make the speed gradually increase. I got as far as a level variable and an array of different speeds for the levels, but ran out of time to implement it before the game jam so left it at a single speed.
There is a bias for senses over sensors in the block generation but nothing to ensure an even distribution, just a reliance on the RNG to balance it out, so more like Gameboy Tetris than modern Tetris.
I might go back to it one day. -
@richard Cool! If you release a new version, I’ll make sure to feature it in a future high score challenge!
