Assigning a project's thumbnail image

So I'm finally ready to share my MML player with a surprise track, but the thumbnail for the project is from an older version involving things not in this version of the project. How can I make it so I can set the thumbnail, if possible manually?

If you press the minus button while running the program that will set the thumbnail to whatever is on the screen at that time :)
