What if we just want to view a certain program without giving out our friend code? Wed still have to share the iD ourselves but it would let others go directly to just one program? Eh?

This has already been discussed a lot of times both on the forum and internally. We hope something like this can happen.

However if you are thinking this is a solution to the friends sharing being broken, sadly it is not.

@MikeDX Why it's not a solution? this will make it easyer to just distribute software without requiring to accept requesto or to have a ton of friends

@ITzTravelInTime We are having very specific problems with the sharing system at the moment that we have not yet got to the bottom of. This is not related to the mechanism that is being used

@pianofire It's more a server-side thing right? probably bugs i guess? Which are the main issues it's suffering?

I am also curious to know how does the sharing system works (not exactly, but in a more approximate way) since i am an computer engineering student and i actually study and know a lot of this stuff

@ITzTravelInTime Yes it is server side. I am afraid that this is a question for the devs and probably outside of the scope of this forum

We are not at liberty to discuss the internals of the software. I would refer you to the specific FAQ that states as much but I am a on my phone right now so can’t easily do so.

@MikeDX Oh no I was not referring to the idea as a solution to the current bug.. which on my end now seems to be gone for now.. I was thinking in general it would be a good idea.. and since all the code is not compiled and not actually usable anywhere except on Fuze4.. then why not?

@ITzTravelInTime I'm not sure I understand this statement as all of the programs are only usable and run withing Fuze4 itself and cannot be worked on or executed outside of said environment. So why say distribution? it's a learning camp of sorts only.. a springboard or gateway initiative to promote coding as a viable possibility for skill development.

If I can, I would say the Fuze team would do whatever they could to make it as easy as possible for us to share our work with others. We should be mindful that key considerations are likely: Terms agreed with Nintendo regarding mechanisms of file transfer, Security, Ongoing maintanance of their servers and supporting technologies that make this work, simplicity (target audience) and so on.. They're also a small team.. I'm sure the share issue will be solved soon!

Thank you @Tratax ! I'm no programmer so I can't speak to the technical side of this all but I can say that we very much want to make FUZE the best it can be! It's just that as a small team we have an awful lot of stuff to juggle and indeed, a lot of things to consider when making changes :)

It is a good idea, however it's been suggested many many times so far. I would not be surprised if we saw something like this in a future update ☺️

@Ancientspark For distribution i mean just sharing more freely and also being able to make something like a game and releaseing it to the fuze commiunity like on petite computer for the 3ds.

And also thanks to the fuze team for the replys, i am just a nerd curious to learn and give an hand or two. And i am also I would thank thank you for all you are doing for the commiunity and keeping fuze live and updated, it's just amazing how mutch you are putting in it.
