literally just figured out how i can add in score, before i had it assigned to a button press so you could just stand there and rack up a big score. but if i do hit boxes between jumps and certain tricks/button presses will give you your score. just need to add in a timer and draw the rest of the map then i think i may have a game.
To do :fix the animations, add more tricks,add in timer, draw background and foreground also add in assets

It's back 🤣 skater kid version 1000, just reworked the controls hoping to make a full version of the game.

Thanks for everyone's help and opening up the world of coding.
This was the first game I tried to make when I first started coding, feels good to have it finally conceptualised and finished.
Maybe more levels in the future 😉.

This is just taste speaking, but any thoughts about making a bona fide platformer out of this engine, rather than a left-to-right time attack affair? Maybe the time attack areas could be bonus stages between levels?

You are a true legend dude, thanks for being here, as always. This game absolutely MUST be showcased. The style, artistic ability and design absolutely shines through this project.
I have a couple thoughts and observations - I agree with @Spacemario above but I'll invert the suggestion - a "free skate" mode would be really nice to hone your control without time pressure before attempting the time attack. Perhaps a small level could be made with the important bits (a jump, a wall to ride, a rail etc) for some practice.
Second, it seems as though the seconds timer is counting too fast, certainly much faster than actual seconds. Is this deliberate? it feels like it ends a bit too quick.
