What are all the benefits from reputation.
And also I saw that at 20 you can attach a signature to your posts... how?

Higher the rep the more valuable your posts are and more likely to get noticed I guess

Ah, sadly the use of signatures got abused so we had to disable that rep benefit. It's largely a way to prevent spam from new user signups that do so just to tell everyone about their cheap RayBan's and so on.
Spammers are simply not going to get past the 10 rep threshold for approvals.
