I made a post in the Hints and Tips topic regarding this, but here is a short version of which adapters I have found to work undocked:

IHome USB-C to USB-A adapter (this is the one I'm currently using)
AmazonBasics USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Gen1 Female Adapter Cable
Nintendo Switch Lite Dual USB Playstand By HORI - Officially Licensed by Nintendo (also works for the regular Switch)
HORI Nintendo Switch Multiport USB Playstand

These are the two keyboards I use with my switch that work fully:
Logitec K360 (wireless with small USB-A dongle)
Magiforce 68 Key mechanical keyboard (wired, USB-A)

In general I would avoid keyboards with lots of extra functionality or anything that might draw too much power (anything that might require more than a standard HID driver or that has a lot of lights or USB ports that might drain your battery or require more power than the switch will provide).

@Rxvlism no that doesn't look right!. Did you run the saveNumbers() function the first time that you ran it?

uncomment //saveNumbers() by removing the //. This will save a list of 1000 random numbers to a file. Then comment that line out again so that the next time you run it, it loads the same list of 1000 numbers.

At least that's something - though that doesn't save the maps :(

Sorry for being gone so lone. Thank you for the advise, I had mistakenly structured the single line if then statements without an end if like smilebasic 3ds. I didn't realise those needed an endif.

I am also waiting for this feature.
It would also be great if there was some method of exchanging images (except for the clipboard) created in the code using uploadImage() between projects.

If I was setting this up I think it would look something like this:

With this setup, we don't need to write imgs[3] = loadImage() every time we want to add something. Just add another element like this:

imgs = [ loadImage("filename_1"), loadImage("filename_2"), loadImage("filename_3"), loadImage("filename_4") // the new element ]

That should (pretty much) always take place outside of your main loop. Otherwise, you're declaring an array once per frame.

Since each element of the array is a handle, there's no need to use a separate handle variable when drawing:

for i = 0 to len(imgs) loop // this loops over each element in the imgs array drawImage(imgs[i], 300 * i, gheight() / 2) // just using an example for the x and y positions. repeat

if you always draw to an image prior to update and then final blit that to framebuffer, your final image (i call it imagescreen) will contain the screen
