In case anyone missed it, Nintendo has released a system update that makes uploading screenshots to the Arena so much easier!
not only is it now possible to send images from the Switch to a smartphone; but we can now also connect the Switch to a PC using a USB C cable.
Wanted to share this, since this marks the glorious end to the whole thing where we had to pull out the SD card whenever we wanted to upload a screenshot.

So THAT's what the update was that I've been refusing to do all day! That's pretty awesome - although I'm not sure it will help me post to this forum since you can only post links

I don't have a phone, wondering if there is another way it can send images to my PC?

I found this to be very helpful if you want to share multiple screenshots at the same time to an iPhone using Shortcuts. I think there is a link in there to an Android version as well.

i personally use a very cheap (12 euro) hdmi usb capture stick. I connect the hdmi cable of the switch to this usb capture card and i can view the switch screen on my pc using windows 10's standard camera app and then i can record and take pictures using that app as well. I even code like that in fuze on my pc so i can see switch / fuze screen as well as my normal pc stuff.
