@vinicity I like it a lot. I was twisting my brain about that. From the day I saw @MikeDX s post about the tracker. Now, seeing this, I think of revisiting my FM synth studies.

@vinicity no joke, I was just thinking the day before, it would be nice to take advantage (compared to doing games without FUZE) of all these songs in the library and provide the player a list of songs to select, what he wants to hear. ;-) and on top the animation of the menu is neat.

@spikey, I was just wondering something. I am working on a system where the player needs to fulfil certain criteria to unlock new songs and this will be saved between sessions.

Problem is, I do not want people’s file overwritten when I push out new updates.

I have a memory of you once stating that it is possible to prevent that if your program never creates a file before sharing it? So that before sharing I copy all my code and stuff to a new project where no save file exists?

Have you or someone else tested to see if this works?

In theory that should work. I haven't tried it though

It would be nice to have a little more control over the persistent file when sharing. Maybe just a box to tick if you want it shared as well...

@vinicity yes. To check if I accidentally wrote something, I have a small test program, that checks if there is any data coming from a possible file. Check my friends share "TOOL - check for file". It just reads some data, and it will read nothing (an empty string) if there is no file. So, its save to upload it without overwriting any user data.

@vinicity @pianofire Actually a "simple" (haha, the s-word) deleteFile() would do the job?

I am proud to present the sequel to my old game jam entry, Fuze Fit Adventure.

                        Features:

                        • Intense motion controlled rhythm action.
                        • Move to the rhythm and defeat the enemies with punches, kicks, and jumps.
                        • Eight songs from the Fuze media library, each with a distinct parallax scrolling level to traverse.
                        • Songs are unlocked as you clear previous ones. Also, clear status is saved between sessions.
                        • Two different control schemes, to accommodate for players who do not wish to put their joy-con in their sock.
                        • Two difficulty levels, Normal and Easy. It is also possible to disable the "I must kick/jump/punch" prompt.

                        I hope you enjoy it!

Could you please elaborate a little bit? What exactly is not working?

                              Works well for me :)
I've played most of the songs in one go. Nice details, looks and feels nice as well :)
